General Support Consultation
This option is for shorter or more focused situations where you don’t need a full case review but would still like my input.
 
It may suit you if you have a specific question about diet, behaviour, management, or a smaller issue that still matters to you and your horse.
This option can also be used if you’d like to make a goodwill payment for the help I’ve already given you through messages, emails, or conversations. Some people prefer to do that rather than leave things feeling one sided, and that’s completely okay.
 
This is support with me, Tracy. It’s not a full case build, and it doesn’t involve a detailed questionnaire. It’s a way to ask a question, get clarity, or have something checked through without it becoming bigger than it needs to be.
Once purchased, I’ll respond by email or message, whichever suits best, and we’ll address the issue you’re dealing with as clearly and practically as possible.
 
If something turns out to be more complex or needs deeper support, I’ll let you know and we can talk about next steps. There’s no pressure and no upselling.
 
This option exists to keep support accessible, fair, and respectful for both horse owners and me.
