These reins are made using 10mm mediumweight Equi rope developed and refined over more than twenty years of rope making. Selected for a consistent feel in the hand and long term durability in everyday use, they offer a lighter option while remaining strong and reliable. For a heavier feel, our 14mm heavyweight reins are also available.
 
Handmade by experienced Ropesmiths with decades of hands on rope tack knowledge and a deep understanding of equine behaviour and biomechanics. The rope specification is proven for consistency, softness, and longevity. Fully machine washable and built to last decades.
