This pack includes:
1. Natural Rider Safe Tie Device: This device teaches your horse how to stand tied without the risk of hurting itself from a pull-back.
2. Rope Halter Breakaway: Designed to break in the event of a pull-back.
3. Halter Tie Clip: This allows you to set the size of your halter without having to retie it every time you use it.
This pack supports our philosophy of using no force while encouraging horses to make smarter choices. It works with your horse's natural instincts by teaching them to stand tied without worry or fuss, but it's designed to allow the horse to break free without injuring itself in case of a disaster, such as when loading onto a trailer or when tied up to saddle up. The rope halter tie also makes your life a little bit easier.
The Safe Tie System offers three tying options:
1. Option 1 gives your horse a little "give" to alleviate that trapped feeling.
2. Option 2 offers more resistance for a firmer tying option, but still gives if your horse panics for safety.
3. Option 3 allows you to tie firmly if you have a well-trained horse.
In the event of a major pullback incident, the Safe Tie System, if used correctly, will allow the lead rope to slide to release the horse. This significantly reduces the chance of your horse seriously hurting itself through thrashing around at the end of a lead rope.
The Safe Tie Unit is made from toughened polymer, making it sturdy and hardwearing with no risk of rusting EVER! It consists of a carabiner that you can take with you to clip the Safe Tie to where you need it the most, whether in the barn, to a fence, or on the trailer. With its sturdy heavy-duty Double Ringed System with a 3500kg breaking strain, you can trust it to be strong and durable.
When used with the breakaway, it allows for further safety to prevent injury.
