Our Natural Horse Larger Slow Feeder Haynets are designed with the same excellent slow feeder design as our 1/2 bale-sized nets that we have used for over a decade. However, they are bigger and can hold between 3/4 and a full bale of hay.
 
The mesh has 4x4cm holes, which we have found to be the ideal size for slow feeding.
 
Smaller feeding holes can sometimes cause frustration in some horses, leading them to break holes in the nets. With this size of mesh, eating is slowed down significantly, lasting horses many hours up to 2 days without causing frustration.
 
These nets are suitable for all horse sizes, as shown in the photo featuring Cleo and Missy.
 
Each net comes with a soft, contrasting coloured rope drawstring and a carabiner clip for easy hanging or fixing.
