This is true artisan rope work, designed and built for riders who want equipment that performs, lasts, and feels right from the first use. Every Groundwork and Riding Halter is custom made by a ropesmith with over 20 years of hands on rope building experience, using techniques refined through real world horsemanship.
 
Designed for leading, tying, groundwork, and riding, this halter eliminates the need to change headstalls. Integrated riding loops allow you to clip your reins on and transition straight into riding with clarity and consistency for your horse.
 
Each halter is built from premium grade Equi Rope chosen for feel, balance, and longevity. It is soft and comfortable for your horse to wear, yet strong enough for daily use over many years. A soft contrasting noseband and padded poll sleeve are incorporated for improved comfort and stability.
 
This set includes matching heavyweight rope reins made from 14 mm Equi Rope with fixed chrome trigger snaps. A medium weight 10 mm rein option is also available for riders who prefer a lighter feel.
 
Every piece is individually handmade to order in our New Zealand workshops. Nothing is rushed. Time is taken to ensure balance, finish, and durability. This is bespoke rope tack built to be used, trusted, and relied on.
