8ft Mediumweight Horsemanship Line. This size is ideal for a smaller ponies of a travel purposes. 
Handmade in New Zealand using premium quality 10mm medium-weight rope. These leads are lighter than traditional natural horsemanship ropes, so they are much easier to use whilst still feeling great in your hands and on your horse. They are soft to the touch yet highly durable. We also have thicker horsemanship lines
 with a wider rope diameter of 14mm available on our other listings.
 
To give an indication of our rope widths-our 10mm thick mediumweight line is approximately as thick as the average ring finger of an adult hand, and the 14mm thick heavyweight rope is about as thick as an adult thumb. 
 
Our Lead Ropes are available with a looped end, removable snap or fixed snap.
