After two decades of horse rescue in the beautiful landscapes of New Zealand, we felt a deep emotional burden in rehoming all the unwanted horses. As a result, we shifted our focus to providing a loving and permanent home for eight remarkable equines, each facing their own unique medical and behavioural challenges.
These horses exemplify resilience as they confront the trauma and emotional scars from their pasts. We understand that negative behaviours often signal a deeper need for support, rooted in trauma, illness, hormonal imbalances, or exposure to harmful substances in their environments.
Our mission is to compassionately address these challenges and improve the living conditions of these horses, allowing them to lead fulfilling and joyful lives. By sharing their inspiring journeys, we aim to empower other horse owners to face similar obstacles with empathy and understanding.
